With over 23 years experience as a leading fitness professional David understands that getting the right exercise and nutritional programme is vital if you want to see life changing, sustainable results. Please see the Projects page for other examples of work that David has been involved in.

He also believes that creating the right exercise environment plays a key role when it comes to helping his clients achieve their goals.

The Fitness Suite

Training sessions take place at David's private fitness suite which is located between Lymington and New Milton, in the New Forest.

The suite has been designed to offer a unique training environment with privacy in mind and is equipped to a very high standard.

The cleanliness of the fitness suite is of paramount importance.  After each private fitness session, a thorough cleaning process of all the equipment is implemented.  Furthermore, at the end of each day, an intensive deep cleaning process is also carried out.

David only believes in working on a one to one basis which means the suite is completely private and free from other trainers and clients.
