About David
I began my career in the health and fitness industry by becoming a fitness trainer at a leading Hampshire Health Club. I went on to become a Head Personal Trainer and gained 3 years valuable experience in all aspects of fitness training.
My next step was to set up David Booth Fitness in 1997, a private personal training and health and fitness consultancy in the New Forest. This has given me a hugely fulfilling career on many levels. I am totally passionate about what I do and helping my clients to realise their potential is incredibly rewarding.
My love of sports has been with me for as long as I can remember. I was fortunate enough to be awarded a sports scholarship to Millfield in my teenage years and at this early stage I was adamant about pursuing a career in the sports/fitness industry. I enjoyed competing in many sports and represented South England at sprinting, where the highlight was running at Crystal Palace Stadium.
