David has been sponsored to attend an ongoing course on optimum nutrition. This course was presented by Dr Adam Carey, one of Europe's top nutritionalists. The course covered all aspects of nutrition from long term weight loss through to effective muscle gain and used the very latest technology available to substantiate findings.
The host of the course Dr Adam Carey worked with Sir Clive Woodward as the nutritional advisor for the British Olympic Association and was previously the nutritional advisor to the English Rugby and Cricket teams.
